Qualifications - Must be a U.S. citizen. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in software architecture and development with a focus on healthcare applications. - Extensive experience in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and HL7 standards. - Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and data exchange patterns. - Hands-on experience with API design and implementation, including RESTful services and JSON/XML. - Knowledge of other healthcare interoperability standards such as CDA, CCD, or X12. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including hands-on experience in architecting and deploying FHIR solutions in a cloud environment. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS interoperability mandates. - Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git). - Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications in FHIR, HL7, or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is preferred. - Experience in government consulting preferred. - Experience in management consulting is preferred, and a client-facing role is a plus.
