• Develop new group and event business for the hotel • Prospecting, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into booked room nights, meetings, and events • Leading a team of 3 sales professionals • Optimizing revenue and maximizing sales opportunities consistent with the Hotel's business plan • Accurately forecasting revenue and expenses • Efficiently managing sales activities through coordination with clients and operational departments

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school OR 3-5 years related experience
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
