• To provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients) including call handling in Italian and English. • To accurately identify, document and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy and other special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes • To ensure that all medical information enquiries are tracked and fully documented within the Medical Information database accurately and completely • To participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service • Providing management with regular updates regarding project status and metrics concerning enquiries • Assisting in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company pharmacovigilance system and actively participating in PV inspections or audits

• Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned territory and products, assessing impacts, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. • Develop and maintain an understanding of LFG's products, services and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities. • Perform and deliver routine assignments/projects for their assigned areas of responsibility. • Respond to customer inquiries; ensures timely resolution and delivery of high quality customer service. • Coordinate with subject matter experts, including Relationship Management Specialists, marketing, underwriting, IT, billing compliance, and legal, to resolve issues in a timely manner. • Build and maintain business relationships through effective communication via email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer centric and professional demeanor. • Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.

• Learns appropriate levels and methods of direct contact with clients • Learns to prepare form letters and communication text • Shadows experienced data associates and joins other client-facing staff (e.g., study director) to attend client site visits and client conference calls • Learns to use software tools to efficiently and accurately complete job duties • Trains on duties required to complete dataset preparation • Learning how to obtain and review study documents to prepare datasets • Learning to generate and quality check dataset files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • May learn to compile metadata to populate databases supporting nonclinical safety assessment • Performs other duties as assigned and may include shadowing or attending company initiatives related to dataset specifications and/or production
