Role Description This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Latin America. Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pacific Time We’re thrilled to expand our incredible team with a dedicated Data and Robotics Operations Analyst based in Latin America. Here's where your expertise comes into play: - Help keep our growing fleet of robots operational and ensure their success in the field. - Monitor our systems and report key insights to enable swift issue resolution and support new deployments. Your responsibilities: - Answer inbound customer calls, conduct first-round troubleshooting, and communicate findings clearly and professionally using defined scripts and guidelines. - Produce accurate and error-free internal and external reports in English for both technical and non-technical audiences, including documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures. - Monitor the Scanner and Robotic fleet by running a set of queries and following defined processes. - Route anomalies in robot behavior or other data sources to the correct internal escalation teams to support customer issue resolution. - Support the success of new robot installations and scanner deployments through meticulous monitoring of robot behavior and data evaluations. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a role focused on data analysis, operations analysis, or product support, specifically involving data monitoring and reporting. - Proven ability to meticulously monitor data, identify anomalies, and follow defined processes with exceptional attention to detail. - Comfort and experience working with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support capacity. - English Fluency (B2 or higher), as you will be working with a US-based team. - Experience working with US companies or clients is a plus. Requirements - Detail-oriented individual. - Ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally. - Experience in monitoring systems and reporting insights. Qualifications - Proven experience in channel sales, including both prospecting and relationship-based sales activities. - Experience in equipment, industrial, or technology-related sales, or product management, preferred. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. - Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and delivering results. - Knowledge of turf management, landscaping, or grounds maintenance equipment is a plus. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred. - Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
