Role Description ECHO is expanding our Robotics division and is looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth across our Southwest territory. The ideal candidate will bring a successful sales background in the landscape industry, with specific experience working with golf courses and turf management professionals. This is a remote sales position that will be based in the Atlanta, Georgia area! This role requires up to 70% domestic travel, with occasional international travel as needed. - Develop and execute territory-specific channel strategies to identify, recruit, and establish a strong dealer network. - Drive adoption and effectiveness of ECHO robotic sales programs through implementation, training, and ongoing support. - Provide on-site assistance and technical support during product installations. - Promote robotic product solutions directly to end users and key stakeholders. - Monitor sales performance, market activity, and demand forecasts to support production planning. - Partner with dealer representatives on strategic accounts through joint sales calls and customer engagement. - Perform additional duties and special projects as needed to support business objectives and the continued growth of the division. Qualifications - Proven experience in channel sales, including both prospecting and relationship-based sales activities. - Experience in equipment, industrial, or technology-related sales, or product management, preferred. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. - Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and delivering results. - Knowledge of turf management, landscaping, or grounds maintenance equipment is a plus. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred. - Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. • Coach students looking to break into or advance within the field of autonomous vehicles and robotics • Help students strengthen their technical foundation across autonomous systems engineering, robotics software and AI, sensor fusion and perception, and control systems and path planning • Guide students on human-robot interaction and regulatory and safety standards • Support career development by reviewing resumes and cover letters, refining LinkedIn profiles • Prepare students for behavioral and technical interviews, along with guidance on networking strategy and salary negotiation

• Participate in process discovery with business areas • Design and build automations (bots) to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors • Test and validate flows before deploying them to production • Monitor and maintain deployed robots, fixing issues and adjusting them as processes change • Use Orchestrator for scheduling, queue management, and monitoring executions • Document the automations developed (PDD/SDD) • Apply development best practices, such as using the REFramework.
