• Verantwortung für die strategische Neukundenakquise sowie den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen mit klarem Fokus auf MICE in der Region West & Nord • Entwicklung, Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von MICE-Accounts sowie ausgewählten Corporate-Travel-Kunden für das BWH-Hotelportfolio in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz und Central Europe • Konzeption und Umsetzung vertriebsorientierter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz, Marktanteilen und Kundenbindung • Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenpotenzialen sowie Ableitung gezielter Vertriebsaktivitäten • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks aus Unternehmen, Eventplanern, Agenturen und weiteren relevanten Geschäftspartnern • Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche, Verkaufsreisen sowie Repräsentation der BWH Hotels auf Messen, Workshops und Branchenveranstaltungen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnerhotels und internen Teams zur erfolgreichen Realisierung von Corporate- und insbesondere MICE-Geschäftschancen
Job Requirements
- Leidenschaft für Hotellerie, Vertrieb und den Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder Tourismus
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Hotelvertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Vertriebsstärke, Abschlussorientierung und Freude an der Neukundenakquise
- Gespür für Marktchancen sowie die Fähigkeit, Kundenpotenziale erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude am Netzwerken
