• Script, record, and edit e-learning videos that walk learners through product capabilities, configuration options, best practices, and real-world use cases. • Build polished, on-brand presentation decks for instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and SME events. Leverage AI tools for content generation and polish. • Collaborate with SMEs to design and test hands-on lab environments and exercises that let learners practice real configurations, troubleshoot issues, and validate their skills in a safe training environment • Create content that supports certification tracks and helps learners prepare for and pass technical assessments • Partner with product managers, product marketing, solutions engineers, sales enablement, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance • Use learner feedback, completion data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience creating technical training content — videos, slides, e-learning modules, and instructor-led curriculum
  • Experience with hands-on labs or test scenarios for technical products (not just conceptual/theoretical training)
  • Comfort with video production and editing tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong skills in presentation design (PowerPoint or similar) with an eye for clear visual communication of technical concepts
  • Ability to translate complex technical material into content that’s accessible to varied audiences — from technical practitioners to non-technical stakeholders
  • Instructional design skills — you can structure a learning plan, not just produce assets
  • Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple content projects simultaneously
