- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on Workday Compensation configuration and administration.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) at a large, fast-paced company — you've done this before and can do it again with minimal guidance.
- Deep expertise in Workday Compensation concepts: salary plans, grade profiles, compensation eligibility rules, compensation review cycles, and worksheets.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and HR data — you speak both 'comp' and 'systems' fluently.
- Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into clear, scalable technical configurations.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfortable diving into EIBs, calculated fields, and Workday reporting.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- Working knowledge of adjacent Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, or Benefits) and a willingness to actively contribute across module areas as project and team needs evolve.
