• Own the premium hospitality account base for La Colombe in an assigned market • Carry a revenue book of premium hospitality accounts and hit quota • Hunt for new premium hotel, casino, and chain restaurant accounts • Defend existing accounts through strong engagement with General Managers and Food & Beverage (F&B) Directors • Maintain a healthy pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle • Sell premium coffee, cold brew, and on-tap products tailored to premium hospitality settings • Execute pull-through of national chain contracts and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) • Build relationships with various hospitality buyers • Coordinate with national and local teams for seamless operations • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records and deliver consistent pipeline updates
Job Requirements
- 3-7 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), foodservice, or coffee industry sales experience in a field-based role
- Significant time selling into premium hospitality
- Prior experience selling into hotels, casinos, premium chain restaurants, or elevated dining strongly preferred
- Comfort speaking the language of hospitality buyers — guest experience, brand standards, banquet operations, beverage program design
- Proven hunter mindset — a track record of consistent net new account acquisition in a premium-buyer environment
- Strong consultative selling skills — discovery, value framing, objection handling, and close
- Comfort with a heavy field cadence and a market-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency required (HubSpot or equivalent)

Role Description As demand for our TWO2 therapy continues to grow, we are expanding our team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of patient care. We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join us in delivering life-changing therapy to more patients across the country. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Currently licensed LVN/LPN preferred. - 1 year of wound care experience; will need to verify this experience and knowledge. - 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of Insurance (Commercial and Government) Reimbursement and Billing. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. - Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. - A general understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations. - Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking. - The ability to work independently and multitask. Requirements - Ensure timely processing of required paperwork to prevent delays in insurance authorizations, billing, and deliver/recovery of products. - Obtain all necessary insurance documents for TWO2 therapy placement and ongoing therapy. - Conduct daily touch points with central operations teams to ensure all necessary paperwork is being obtained to address TWO2 therapy placement or appeal. - Point of contact for all e-commerce demonstrations, enrollments and submissions. - Understand, communicate, and train hospital and office staff on AOTI’s medical documentation process. - Conduct weekly or as needed meetings with Wound Clinics, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Physician Offices to understand the needs of the territory and areas where access can be integrated. - Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to increase the utilization of electronic ordering and other initiatives to drive seamless first-time order submissions, including the Parachute and Centralis platforms. - Expected to manage multiple accounts for support in addition to handling complaints and queries professionally. - Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, particularly HIPAA.
