• Develop and implement the technical vision and strategy for the organization. • Lead the development and implementation of new technologies and systems. • Manage the company's technology team and resources. • Collaborate with other departments to align technology with business goals. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. • Ensure that the company's technology is scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations. • Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure access to the best technologies and services. • Manage the company's technology budget and ensure that all technology initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of software engineering and SaaS technologies.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successful product releases.
- Degree in computer science or a related field is advantageous.
- 3+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 1, C#, React, and TypeScript.
- 3+ years of AWS DevOps and microservices.
- Strong SaaS and web application skills.
- Knowledge of SignalR, Redis, MySQL/MSSQL, and automated software.
- Experience with Agile methodology and excellent testing capabilities.
- MicroSoft Teams, Zoom and virtual workplace knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
