Role Description Fnality is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (who must be from a payments background) who can demonstrate competencies which will enable them to successfully: - Work in a fast-paced, regulated environment in the financial sector. - Plan and execute the entire testing process, including test optimization and improvement. - Communicate and work closely with colleagues in a remote setting, suggesting improvements and highlighting when communication is not at its optimum. - Encourage a risk culture that is embedded in every policy and process of the company (Technology, Security, Personnel, Environment etc). - Promote an open and honest company culture, encouraging servant leadership as best practice within the organisation.
