• Support the execution of the FactorTrust product roadmap across a 1–3 year horizon • Partner with senior product leaders to manage regulatory, compliance, and security initiatives • Gather customer feedback, market insights, and user research to influence product decisions • Define and track product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and business outcomes • Collaborate with Product Development, Technology, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders • Develop persona-based product requirements, translate business needs into actionable development priorities • Lead feature release planning, remove obstacles to execution, and communicate roadmap updates • Review wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts
Job Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role
- Knowledge of customer-centric product development methodologies, including customer research, market analysis, and requirements gathering
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Technology, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security considerations within data-driven products
- Experience analyzing business and customer data to establish key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Serve as a MEAL focal point for countries in EMEA seeking technical assistance in MEAL, with particular focus on countries in Europe and the Middle East.
