Netsuite Developer – Administrator

Sword Health

• Support and optimize end-to-end business processes across: - Plan-to-Produce - Procure-to-Pay - Order-to-Cash - Record-to-Report • Contribute to the improvement of: - Manufacturing operations including BOMs, Work Orders, WIP and Costing - Supply Chain and Inventory Management - MRP and Demand Planning - Multi-Subsidiary and Multi-Book environments • Ensure financial and transactional accuracy, including: - Cost Accounting and variance visibility - General Ledger impact and transaction integrity - Multi-Book Accounting - Intercompany transaction flows • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance and Technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities. • Ensure consistency and proper alignment between: - ERP - External systems - Internal systems • Support process standardization, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on Netsuite functional experience is required.
  • Netsuite Certification is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance processes.
  • Solid understanding of ERP transaction flows and financial impact.
  • Experience working in multi-subsidiary and multi-book environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SuiteQL, saved searches, workflows, and roles and permissions.
  • Comfortable working in operationally complex and finance-driven environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Good understanding of ERP data structures and how data supports reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business, finance and technical teams.
