Role Description As our Financial Analyst, you will own key pieces of Wellthy's ongoing financial reporting and cross-functional data analysis — from department-level metrics and margin analysis to imputed income reporting. You'll partner closely with teams across the company to gather and validate data, and you'll help build the monthly reporting deck that keeps leadership informed. - Own ongoing financial reporting, including light ROI/return modeling for company initiatives and programs - Track, analyze, and report on department-level metrics and KPIs across the business - Build, maintain, and distribute the monthly reporting deck for leadership - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and populate financial and operational data - Conduct margin analysis across service lines, programs, or accounts - Own imputed income reporting and calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Own reporting and analysis within our BI tool, building deep fluency in the underlying data models and dashboards - Partner with the Data team on data models and pipelines feeding the BI tool, while owning the finance-specific analysis, judgment, and reporting output that sits on top - Maintain Salesforce (SFDC) data to support pipeline visibility - Support ad hoc financial analysis and business partnering requests - Identify and apply opportunities to use AI and automation tools to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and quality - Maintain knowledge of Wellthy's organizational policies, procedures, and reporting standards Qualifications - BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including building and maintaining financial models - Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau) strongly preferred - Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM data a plus - Familiarity with QuickBooks Online a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders - Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to own deliverables independently Requirements - To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction-free) environment - Location: This is a remote and US states based opportunity. Role Description The Payer Contract Analyst (PCA) is responsible for proper contracting and revenue cycle management support. Ensures contracting requirements are met and provides analysis, problem resolution, auditing, reporting and process recommendations for optimal outcomes. The PCA will assist Contracting with contacting payers to receive relevant information for billing.
