Role Description The Regional Coding Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and evolution of the overall strategy for Physician Services Coding Operations. The RCOM is responsible for oversight of all CSG coding operational processes and workflow, including but not limited to: - Practice acquisitions - Provider clinical documentation improvement - Practice coding processes - Division relationship management as applicable The RCOM assists the Regional Coding Operations Director with the oversight and implementation of Coding Operations operational planning, service commitment, budgets, workflow processes, and internal controls. This person serves as a key promoter of Coding Operations and is responsible for setting the tone of Coding Operations as a service organization, continuously seeking to understand, meet, and exceed customer expectations and needs.
