Operations Analyst
Coastal
• Collaborate with Operations Group in conducting research, review and analysis. • Support new account opening and maintenance. • Customize test scripts for all new partner programs and products. • Validate test scripts prior to program or product launch. • Provide in-depth support for Partners incoming emails and messages. • Perform research, resolve issues and handle escalated inquiries. • Monitor and analyze data related to file movements. • Prepare required standard entries and dashboards. • Provide Support for projects and initiatives. • Perform daily review and research to resolve outstanding items related to account processing. • Make recommendations to the Management regarding improvement in efficiency and current practices. • Maintain proficient knowledge of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Regulation E, Truth In Savings Act and Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP). • Participate in internal committees and other meetings regarding the CCBX Partners. • Compliance with all regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- 3 years previous banking or fintech operations experience.
- 3 years previous banking experience with background in research, analysis, testing and escalation.
- Willing to work Pacific time zone hours.
- Ability to manage own workload, manage multiple tasks/projects and deliver against time pressured deadlines.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve escalated operational issues, questions, and daily processing exceptions with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Exercise appropriate judgement when prioritizing work tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
- Cooperative and professional attitude with excellent team working skills.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and can learn software systems quickly.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, affected departments and our Partners.
- Experience in a leadership role preferred.

Role Description The Regional Coding Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and evolution of the overall strategy for Physician Services Coding Operations. The RCOM is responsible for oversight of all CSG coding operational processes and workflow, including but not limited to: - Practice acquisitions - Provider clinical documentation improvement - Practice coding processes - Division relationship management as applicable The RCOM assists the Regional Coding Operations Director with the oversight and implementation of Coding Operations operational planning, service commitment, budgets, workflow processes, and internal controls. This person serves as a key promoter of Coding Operations and is responsible for setting the tone of Coding Operations as a service organization, continuously seeking to understand, meet, and exceed customer expectations and needs. This role supports HCA East Florida Division so candidates must live near Fort Lauderdale or be willing to relocate. Travel within the division is required.
