Role Description Coordinate all contract preparation activities related to the Contract Administration Centers of Excellence component of the contracting process from opportunity identification through contract execution and reporting, utilizing Salesforce.com, Apttus and DocuSign web-based applications to assist with those efforts. - Drive system and process compliance, controls and standardization for high-volume and high-risk customers to include: - Health Plans - Integrated/Independent Physician Associations - Nationwide Accounts - Health Systems - Accountable Care Organizations - Other laboratories - Manage profitable and meaningful changes in the company. - Manage system development activities for applications that support the contracting process. - Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Commercial Technology, Clinical Franchises, and regional commercial representatives to develop, implement and drive contract administration compliance and standardization.
