Role Description Autonomique is looking for a full-time Sales & Business Development Manager based in the US or Canada to help bring Physical AI and autonomous dexterous robotics into real manufacturing environments. You will be the day-to-day engine of our sales motion — taking conversations from first contact through to signed pilots and production deployments. You will report to our VP of Business Development and work directly with the founding team. Together, the founders and VP set our go-to-market strategy; your job is to own the execution — running the pipeline every day, doing the legwork, and carrying deals forward. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a clear path to grow as we scale. What we do: Our platform enables industrial robots to perform contact-rich tasks — kitting, variable part assembly, cable routing, fastening, machine tending — fully autonomously, at production speed. No cloud. No manual programming for each new part. Operators can teach new tasks through demonstration and natural-language instructions, not code. We are already moving from pilot to production with a Tier-1 automotive supplier. The role: - Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, qualify, run demos and plant visits, manage the pipeline, and drive follow-through. - Take warm introductions opened by the founders, VP, or advisors and run them to the ground — keeping momentum between the VP's touchpoints. - Research and build target account lists across automotive, aerospace, electronics, and industrial automation in the US and Canada. - Support outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and event follow-up. - Qualify early opportunities and help identify where autonomous robotic systems can solve real production challenges. - Book and run introductory customer meetings independently and support the team in customer conversations. - Be proactive, keep deals progressing. - Maintain CRM discipline, track outreach activity, and help refine messaging for North American manufacturers. Qualifications - 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, ideally selling technical or industrial products; robotics and automation experience is a big plus. - Comfortable running a customer meeting and owning a full sales cycle, while reporting into and coordinating with the VP of Business Development. - Existing relationships in automotive, Tier-1, or industrial manufacturing are a strong plus. - A self-starter and go-getter — comfortable with plant visits, trade shows, and travel to customer sites. - Curious about manufacturing, robotics, automation, and AI, and able to speak credibly with engineering, operations, and automation teams. - Organized and persistent, with strong CRM discipline and follow-through. - Based in the US or Canada and able to work across North American time zones. Benefits - This is a full-time role with a competitive base plus commission and equity. - It is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership of a sales motion, direct access to founders, and the chance to grow with a company bringing breakthrough robotics into real factories.
