Role Description One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to provide technical support to the various HCM application cloud system/s. We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. TEE functional knowledge would be a plus. The Contractor will provide support to assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts. The contractor would develop reports, perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure completeness of the data. The Contractor would develop data models & mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools. - The ability to extract data from Taleo via the TCC tool for the purpose of system decommissioning. - Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests. - Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration. - Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems. - Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data. - Other duties as assigned. - Strong work ethic. The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: - Design, create and test data extraction plan for decommissioning Taleo. - Design, create and test assigned Reports. - Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results. - Prepare and deliver documents for peer review. - Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on the issue resolution. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience. - At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. Requirements - Analyse user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. - Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. - Identifies resources required for each task. - Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.
