Role Description CSCI Consulting is looking for a OneStream Developer to support its Department of War (DoW / DoD) client. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of a OneStream financial management solution to enhance reporting, consolidation, and data integration capabilities. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise and functional financial knowledge to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions in a federal environment. - Support the design and build of a OneStream platform solution under the guidance of a Technical Lead - Develop and configure: - Data integrations - Cubes and dimension metadata - Workflows and dashboards - Business rules and financial calculations - Participate in client discovery sessions to gather and refine business requirements - Demonstrate system functionality and capabilities to stakeholders - Contribute to: - System testing documentation and execution - User acceptance testing (UAT) - End-user training materials and delivery - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements Qualifications - Active Secret Security Clearance - Bachelor’s degree in a related field - Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in: - OneStream (or similar EPM/CPM platform) - Microsoft VB.NET (for business rule development) - SQL (data querying and integration) - IBM Cognos TM1 - Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - Experience supporting financial systems implementations or enhancements - Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving - Ability to work with clients to understand their needs - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Professional presence Requirements - Foundational understanding of: - Accounting principles and financial processes - Financial and management reporting - Financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, federal reporting frameworks) - Experience with: - OneStream Financial Consolidation processes - Budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning systems - Exposure to federal financial environments or ERP systems (e.g., GFEBS, SAP, Oracle) - Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently - Strong customer and vendor relationship skills - Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies - Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value - Past experience working with a Federal agency - Department of War experience is a plus!
