• Manage a High-Performing Team Manage the day-to-day activities for a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Drive team throughput and capacity. • Drive Agile Delivery as Scrum Master Work as a project manager, owning and facilitating all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Act as a right-hand to the business functional lead, helping to shape and define team roadmap.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL with ability to engage in technical review and architecture discussions.
  • Experience running agile teams; CSM or SAFe certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise data ecosystems in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of Monte Carlo and Atlan for data observability and cataloging.
