Tensure Consulting
• Establish contact with identified leads by phone, email and social media and drive progress in those relationships • Always be hunting, willing to make 100+ phone calls every day and make meaningful first contact with prospects • Qualify leads and share relevant marketing and/or sales materials to educate prospects on what problems we solve • Provide a strong lead and partner with the Sales Executive team to cultivate opportunities • Stay current with major public cloud and financial services news, trends and hot topics • Support the Sales Executive team in monitoring and sharing relevant thought leadership, client and marketplace news, and Cloud relevant materials • Propose ideas for the Sales team to connect with targets, including customization of Tensure Sales materials and distribution of relevant thought-leadership to key stakeholder
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of professional sales experience
- Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with sales teams, and clients
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Google suite, CRMs (Hubspot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales Engagement platforms
- Quick learner with high energy and creative problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while being a team player

• The Business Development Manager, AWG / Iowa will be responsible for the successful achievement of the ongoing Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Rotation objectives established each fiscal year for AWG, Fareway and Hy Vee. • Achieve Fiscal Year Financials Direct and deliver key financial metrics versus AOP sales with an aligned trade spend plan. • Develop customer specific objectives in support of Del Monte’s strategic plan. • Achieve new item, assortment, pricing, and merchandising objectives set forth for specific customer objectives. • Communicate and deliver updates/insights to internal cross functional Del Monte business units, providing a customized approach to product development, merchandising and promotional ideas. • Own development of specific categories utilizing cross-functional resources such as Category Insights, Shopper Marketing, Customer Finance and Business Intelligence Analytics, to drive volume and share growth. • Manage the business forecasting and entry into trade planning system. • Ensure spending, deductions and financials are on track to plans. • Collaborate with Del Monte and AWG, Fareway & Hy Vee supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of new items, promotional activity, and scorecard opportunities. • Coordinate and attend sales/review/innovation presentations at appropriate levels within AWG, Hy Ve and Fareway. • Create meeting cadence with Buyers and Category Managers.
