• You coordinate customer inquiries and projects related to CardOne across the entire process • You are the central point of contact between clients, internal teams and external partners • You understand the interfaces between card issuers and core banking systems (e.g., Viseca, SIX and Avaloq) • You structure complex topics and drive pragmatic implementation forward
Job Requirements
- Degree (ETH/University/FH/HF) in Business Information Systems or equivalent qualification
- Technical expertise in interfaces and system architectures within the banking environment, as well as knowledge of payments, cards and accounts
- Experience coordinating technical customer inquiries and projects
- Ability to structure complex relationships and derive sustainable solutions
- Strong organizational skills with reliable time, task and priority management
- Communicative, able to adapt language to the audience, and team-oriented when interacting with various stakeholders
- Quick to grasp new concepts, curious and eager to learn
- Very good German, at least C1 level
