YOUR ROLE & MISSION As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be a critical part of our growing company, working on a cross-functional team to implement best practices in technology, architecture, and process. Role Description Wir bauen die technologische Infrastruktur für CO₂-Prämien in der Elektromobilität und ermöglichen die digitale Abwicklung regulatorischer Prozesse und Finanzflüsse für B2C- und B2B-Kunden. Technologie ist bei uns zentral für Wachstum und Marktposition. Aktuell migrieren wir von Rails 6 auf Rails 8, modernisieren das Frontend (teilweise mit React/Vue) und betreiben unsere Infrastruktur auf Linode und Bare Metal mit PostgreSQL, Redis und Sidekiq. CI/CD läuft über GitHub Actions. Ein Observability-Stack fehlt noch und wird eine deiner ersten Aufgaben sein. Das Team besteht aus drei Entwicklern. Du wärst die zweite dedizierte Rails-Person mit starkem Einfluss auf Architektur und Infrastruktur.
