• Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective investors and Investor Relations Associates. • Manage multiple calendars across clients, internal teams, and investors while resolving scheduling conflicts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics and investor scheduling. • Communicate professionally with prospective investors through email and phone to confirm appointments and provide meeting details. • Monitor investor pipelines to ensure meetings are scheduled promptly and follow-up actions are completed. • Maintain accurate investor records, meeting notes, and activity within our proprietary investor management platform. • Coordinate rescheduling requests, cancellations, and calendar updates while minimizing delays in the fundraising process. • Collaborate closely with Investor Relations Associates and client teams to optimize meeting flow and investor engagement. • Prepare reports on scheduling activity, meeting completion, and pipeline progress. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency. • Support additional investor relations operational tasks as assigned.

JOB PURPOSE: - To accurately evaluate and underwrite HECM reverse mortgage loan files submitted by retail and wholesale production channels, in accordance with company policy and FHA HECM guidelines.
