KYC & Investor Services Analyst

• End-to-end management of investor subscription and redemption processes for Luxembourg funds (RAIF/AIF structures) and our funds in other jurisdictions • Collection, review, and follow-up of KYC/AML documentation from investors, ensuring completeness and compliance with applicable requirements • Acting as the primary investor contact throughout onboarding, handling queries professionally and efficiently • Liaison with the external fund administrator for the timely transmission and reconciliation of subscription and KYC files • Monitoring open items and maintaining up-to-date investor records and pipeline trackers • Coordination with the internal sales team to support investor onboarding from pipeline to close • Contribution to the ongoing improvement of onboarding workflows, templates, and internal procedures • Support on periodic AML refresh exercises and investor recertification cycles
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a KYC, transfer agency, or fund administration role within the Luxembourg fund industry
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements applicable to Luxembourg investment funds
- Familiarity with Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, AIF) and the role of the AIFM and fund administrator
- Comfort working with evolving technology and digital workflows; interest in process automation and AI-assisted tooling
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple investor files simultaneously without loss of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you will interact directly with institutional and professional investors
- Full professional proficiency in English (team and investor correspondence language)
- Right to work in Luxembourg at the time of application; the firm is unable to provide visa sponsorship
