• Understand the technical and commercial scope of customer projects through detailed handover from the sales team. • Manage hybrid projects, including both hardware and software components, along with customized development services. • Plan and oversee the project delivery timeline with structured documentation and consistent progress reporting. • Ensure customer goals and success are aligned with project deliverables through a deep understanding of their needs. • Maintain frequent communication with customers through cadence meetings and various communication channels (Slack, Email, WhatsApp, etc.). • Collaborate with internal technical teams and management to schedule tasks and align resources for timely project delivery. • Use internal back-office management tools to maintain up-to-date project details and progress. • Utilize and be proficient in project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira, Bitrix24, etc. • Work efficiently in a remote-first environment using asynchronous communication while coordinating across various time zones. • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications alongside engineering teams, and flag technical risks or trade-offs early in the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing customer-facing projects involving hardware and software delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple communication platforms and channels effectively.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (IELTS, TOEFL, or other scores can be submitted).
- Experience working in remote-first companies, with a preference for experience in asynchronous communication environments.
- Solid technical foundation (engineering, IoT, embedded systems, or SaaS background preferred) combined with strong project management methodology, especially for hybrid hardware+software delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Monday, Asana, Jira, Bitrix24, or similar.
- Knowledge of IoT hardware and SaaS software certifications and compliances (like CE, RoHS, SOC-2, ISO, etc) is a plus point.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to managing project timelines and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with project management.
