PeopleSoft Developer

Support Revolution

• Designing, developing and testing PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions to support legislative, tax and regulatory changes • Translating functional and technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver the best outcomes for clients • Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and fellow developers within an Agile Scrum environment, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning and daily stand-ups • Analysing complex issues, applying sound technical judgement and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards • Producing clear, user-friendly documentation to support clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Strong PeopleSoft development experience
  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and ideally FSCM across multiple releases and modules
  • Experience analysing requirements and delivering solutions within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • A collaborative approach and experience working within Agile Scrum teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to balance technical excellence with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
