Role Description We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to architect and scale our hiring strategy as we continue rapid growth. This role is responsible for building a long-term, scalable talent acquisition function that can support ~50% YoY headcount growth while continuing to raise the bar on talent quality, culture, and execution. You will operate as the strategic owner of Talent Acquisition, partnering closely with executive leadership and business leaders, and working in close alignment with our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, who oversees day-to-day recruiting execution. This role requires someone who can think independently, anticipate what the business needs next, and bring clarity, rigor, and confidence to how we hire at scale. You will be responsible for: - Talent Strategy, Leadership & Workforce Planning - Own and continuously evolve the company-wide talent acquisition strategy to support sustained, high-growth scaling in a SaaS environment. - Partner closely with executive leadership and functional leaders to forecast hiring needs, define priorities, and align hiring strategy with business and growth goals. - Translate business plans into clear hiring models, recruiter capacity plans, timelines, and start-date forecasts. - Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and talent gaps before they impact execution or growth. - SaaS Talent Expertise & Recruiting Excellence - Bring deep understanding of the SaaS talent landscape, including how to source, assess, and close technical, GTM (Sales, CS, Marketing), and senior leadership talent. - Set and enforce a high hiring bar, acting as a true bar raiser across all functions and levels. - Champion a proactive recruiting-led culture, focused on identifying and engaging top talent that is not actively job-seeking. - Ensure recruiting teams are equipped to engage, assess, and close high-caliber candidates in competitive markets. - Data, Analytics & Decision-Making - Build and maintain a robust, metrics-driven TA function grounded in ATS and HRIS data (e.g., Greenhouse, Rippling). - Define, track, and analyze core recruiting KPIs, including: - Time to fill and time to start. - Funnel conversion and pipeline health. - Quality of hire and post-hire performance indicators. - Recruiter productivity, retention, and capacity. - Use data to forecast hiring trends, surface insights, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement. - Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting to leadership that creates confidence in TA execution. - Team Leadership, Coaching & Operating Excellence - Partner with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead, scale, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers. - Take ownership of the full recruiting team, ensuring strong execution and accountability. - Coach, develop, and motivate recruiters to meet ambitious hiring goals while maintaining a high talent bar. - Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and career paths for the TA organization. - Build a culture of ownership, rigor, and continuous improvement across the team. - Culture, Employer Brand & Candidate Experience - Act as a culture carrier and culture filter to identify misalignment early in the hiring process and coach recruiters and hiring teams to do the same. - Ensure hiring decisions reinforce, not dilute, company culture as the organization scales. - Strengthen employer branding through compelling storytelling, consistent messaging, and high-touch candidate engagement. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines that reflect both the company’s growth ambitions and cultural values. - Tools, Technology, Compliance & Process - Own and optimize the TA tech stack, including ATS, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms. - Design and maintain structured, scalable, and compliant interview and onboarding processes. Qualifications - Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a high-growth SaaS company, scaling through 40–60%+ YoY headcount growth. - Deep understanding of SaaS hiring dynamics across technical, GTM, and leadership roles. - Strong strategic thinker who can operate independently, anticipate business needs, and design scalable solutions. - Highly analytical and data-driven, with hands-on experience leveraging ATS and HRIS data to guide decisions. - Demonstrated ability to lead and coach recruiting teams while maintaining a high hiring bar. - Exceptional communication skills and confidence partnering with executives and senior leaders. - A true recruiter at heart. Passionate about proactive sourcing, relationship-building, and finding exceptional talent others miss. - Curious, forward-thinking, and relentless about improving how hiring gets done. Benefits - Enjoy the flexibility of remote work. - Competitive base salaries that reflect your value. - Generous Paid Time Off, because we know you do your best work when you're well-rested. - Support for every stage of life—with paid maternity, parental bonding, and medical leave for you or your loved ones. - Comprehensive health benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. For employee only, we offer plans that cover 100% of premiums and we cover 50% of costs for families. - Prioritizing your mental health: get free, confidential counseling through our partnership with BetterHelp. - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with 100% employer match on contributions up to 6% - so your future self will thank you. - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to make your money go further. - Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance for added peace of mind. - Wellness on your terms: get up to $60/month toward fitness, mental health, or almost anything that helps you feel your best. - After one year of employment, enjoy a $300 home office setup bonus to help make your space work for you. - Keep growing with support for continuing education - we’re invested in your development. - Most importantly, we have a stellar team of coworkers, a really cool office, and lots of fun activities!
