Machine Learning Engineer – Senior

Mollica IT

• Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence applications, including AI agents, meeting functional and non-functional requirements; • Develop clean, testable, and scalable code for Machine Learning applications; • Create scalable inference endpoints to serve models; • Implement MLOps practices throughout the model lifecycle; • Work with experiment tracking, model registry, and model versioning; • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for data and models; • Implement automated testing and rollout/rollback strategies for Machine Learning models; • Collaborate with the team on the development and evolution of AI solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Practical or academic experience with Machine Learning frameworks and LLMs such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar;
  • Strong knowledge of Python;
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementations;
  • Understanding of the Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) lifecycle;
  • Familiarity with deploying and running Machine Learning models;
  • Knowledge of best practices for model reproducibility and monitoring;
  • Ability to continuously learn, collaborate in a team, and communicate technical concepts clearly;
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and developing with support from more experienced professionals;
  • Bachelor's degree (completed) required;
  • Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in English).
