Bilingual Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions / Closing Specialist
The Ward Law Group, PL
• Serve as the final point of contact for each case • Initiate courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment • Provide detailed explanations of reduction process • Log phone calls, case statuses, and documents into online system • Ensure efficient linkage of releases onto Litify • Confirm PIP benefits and validate damages • Confirm balances due on medical accounts • Negotiate bills with providers • Send out reductions promptly and maintain client contact • Address client queries every two weeks • Conduct case reviews and personal audits for productivity
