Global Intelligence Analyst

• Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement inquiries, including as the DRI for law enforcement requests from Brazil, providing technical assistance and records in alignment with legal and compliance guidelines. • Evaluate, process, and fulfill legal information requests (e.g., subpoenas) in a timely manner, determining any risks or sensitivities associated with each request. • Conduct blockchain analysis using investigative tools such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, and Elliptic to trace illicit fund flows and identify criminal typologies. • Pursue investigations into criminal activity with oversight from senior investigators, building cases from limited initial indicators and escalating urgent or sensitive matters to management. • Remain up to date on relevant laws, policies, and evolving financial crime typologies across the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience interacting with law enforcement agencies at a federal/national or local level, at a crypto/fintech company, bank, or investigations firm.
- Proven investigative ability, including experience detecting patterns of illicit activity, building cases from limited initial indicators, and documenting findings for law enforcement or internal stakeholders.
- Experience with blockchain analysis and navigation, ideally using tools such as TRM Labs, Chainalysis, or Elliptic, with familiarity with on-chain financial crime typologies.
- Portuguese language proficiency with experience or readiness to serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement requests from Brazil and Latin America.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and respond to legal information requests with sound judgment and to document investigative findings in clear, accurate written reports.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
