• Build and maintain Tableau operational analytics dashboards. • Manage all facets of supported analytics projects from new business award through launch. • Build and mature business process, application, and data subject matter expertise for supported service lines and projects to serve as a highly-credible advisor to customer base. • Manage supported analytics projects’ Tableau Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, dashboards, subscriptions, and extracts including failures, long-running processes and retirement monitoring. • Support Analytics team and leadership with Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, and general analytics best practices. • Support pharma client engagements as needed including periodic travel to UBC or client sites as needed (typically no more than once per quarter). • Create and maintain excellent customer-facing relationships with Operations and clients. • Present project status updates and state of the team to Analytics leadership on a regular basis. • Take full ownership of execution and performance of assigned analytics projects.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information System, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in data analytics, reporting or performance improvement. - 5 to 7 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, data management, or performance improvement. - Prior experience supervising or leading analytics or data support staff. - Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit environments preferred. - Demonstrated experience developing and supporting dashboards and reporting tools for operational and strategic use. Compensation Starting at $71,463.39/annually minimum and up commensurate upon experience. Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. • Maintain and update master data records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Review, clean, and normalize data from a variety of sources - including distributor feeds, manufacturer files, and internal systems - to ensure uniform formatting and structure • Recognize and correct data discrepancies or pattern inconsistencies to prevent errors from entering the company’s master database • Standardize incoming data for end-user reporting and business analysis • Map distributor product data to manufacturer products based on product history, manufacturer knowledge, and external resources (e.g., catalogs, websites) • Maintain an average of 1250 products mapped weekly (range of 1000-1500) • Verify and update product attributes - including brand, category, and manufacturer information—based on available and validated data sources • Conduct routine data audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts for data accuracy, automation, and process efficiency • Support the development and enforcement of data governance standards and best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and document data management procedures • Participate in database cleaning and normalization projects as assigned • Assist in testing and providing feedback on evolving data management tools and automation technologies. • Assist in new team member training such as, but not limited to, mapping and cleansing data • Maintain Annual objectives and/or projects • Maintain business objectives
