Field Food Service Specialist

Circle K

• Supervise training and educating store teams on food safety and quality assurance • Visit assigned stores to provide food safe-quality assurance monitoring • Conduct trouble-shooting seminars • Collaborate with store and company leadership for effective training materials • Coach under-performing stores • Oversee new food service projects based on business initiatives • Maintain a database of training sessions and visits • Create a training environment that empowers individuals

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Physical capabilities to meet job demands
  • Ability to operate computer keyboard and mouse
  • Capability to view computer monitor
  • Ability to hear and speak via telephone
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
