Role Description In dieser Schlüsselposition heben Sie unseren technischen Support auf das nächste Level, optimieren Workflows und bereiten sich gezielt darauf vor, fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen. - Anspruchsvoller 2nd-Level-Support: Sie analysieren und beheben komplexe technische Störungen in unseren Cloud-/Archivumgebungen, Applikationen und Frontend-Systemen. - Nachhaltiges Problem-Management: Statt Symptome zu bekämpfen, gehen Sie den Dingen auf den Grund (Root-Cause-Analysen) und arbeiten eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen zusammen, um Fehlerquellen dauerhaft abzustellen. - Workflow- & Prozessoptimierung: Sie strukturieren die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe im Support und entwickeln unsere Serviceprozesse kontinuierlich weiter. - Schnittstelle & Eskalationsinstanz: Für die IT-Abteilungen und PACS-Administratoren unserer Kunden (Kliniken und Praxen) sind Sie ein geschätzter Ansprechpartner auf Augenhöhe und steuern kritische Eskalationsfälle souverän. - System-Monitoring & Dokumentation: Sie behalten die Performance unserer internen und externen Systeme im Blick und pflegen unsere Wissensdatenbank sowie die Systemdokumentationen. - Mentoring & Teamführung: Sie stehen drei Junior-Kollegen als technischer Mentor zur Seite, steuern Ressourcen und wachsen mittelfristig in die Rolle des Teamleiters hinein. Qualifications - Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Kunden- oder IT-Support mit ausgeprägter technischer Tiefe. - Branchen-Know-how: Fundierte Praxiskenntnisse im Healthcare-IT-Umfeld, insbesondere mit PACS-Systemen sowie den Standards DICOM, HL7 und IHE. - Technisches Fundament: Routine im Umgang mit Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen und SQL-Datenbanken. - Sprachkompetenz: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit deutschen Kliniken sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2). - Macher-Mentalität: Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein (Ownership) und die Motivation, ein Team perspektivisch zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln. - Flexibilität: Wohnsitz in Deutschland mit der Bereitschaft, alle 4 bis 6 Wochen für einen Tag nach München zu reisen. Requirements - Wünschenswerte Extras (Nice-to-Haves): Erste Berührungspunkte mit ITIL oder ähnlichen ITSM-Frameworks. - Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsumgebungen. - Hintergrundwissen aus dem klinischen Alltag oder der Medizintechnik.
