Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. The Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and run our software delivery and infrastructure. Automating tasks, improving CI/CD and helping teams ship software safely. What success looks like in your first year - You maintain and improve pipelines independently for the teams you support. - Repetitive operational tasks in your area are automated rather than done by hand. Who You Are What you will bring - 2-4 years working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins). - Working knowledge of containers and at least one cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP). - Familiarity with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent). - Comfortable with Git, and able to read and write code, not only YAML. - Able to work both independently and as part of a team. - Professional working English and Spanish. Nice to have - Exposure to Kubernetes in production. - Experience with security or observability tooling in pipelines. - Experience in GitOps and Internal Developer Platforms. - Cloud or Kubernetes certifications, or clear progress toward them. Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
