• Develop, implement and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources. • Develop, optimize and maintain Stored Procedures, Views, Functions and Queries in SQL Server, ensuring high performance and scalability. • Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency by identifying, analyzing and correcting issues in integration processes. • Design and organize databases to facilitate information consumption by analysts, managers and other company areas. • Provide operational support for the Cash Reconciliation tool, performing configurations, adjustments, validations and technical support for users. • Understand and apply business rules related to financial reconciliation, working together with Treasury, Accounting and Operations teams. • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders, proposing improvements to processes, integrations and data flows. • Develop solutions that promote greater accessibility, governance and democratization of information to support decision-making. • Monitor and optimize data loading and integration processes to ensure stability, reliability and operational efficiency.

• Lead the design team’s front end developers and work alongside the UI/UX designers to create multi-channel consumer first digital health care products • Consult and provide integration consulting to software development teams consuming the design system • Creates and maintains the Banner Health design system website • Attend and create meetings for each project the design team is involved in to ensure ongoing development tasks are completed • Review all code generated by other front end developer members • Provide global solutions for Banner Health websites

• Audit, improve, and take full ownership of the product's existing codebase and architecture. • Build and ship features end-to-end using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, WebSockets, and Next.js, making decisions across the entire stack. • Design and evolve the database schema, writing and maintaining Alembic migrations alongside SQLAlchemy models. • Build and maintain real-time features using WebSockets where appropriate. • Own infrastructure and deployment workflows on Railway, ensuring the platform remains reliable and scalable. • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and long-term maintainability of the product. • Work hand-in-hand with the founder daily, translating vision into shipped product. • Set technical direction and engineering best practices as the team's first engineer — your standards become the team's standards. • Collaborate with and mentor other developers as the engineering team grows.
