• Evaluar solicitudes de créditos hipotecarios analizando el riesgo del cliente y del bien raíz ofrecido en garantía. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, la normativa vigente y la sostenibilidad del portafolio hipotecario del Banco. • Entregar evaluaciones claras, trazables y oportunas que permitan una correcta toma de decisiones crediticias. • Analizar información financiera del cliente y calcular ratios de riesgo propios del producto hipotecario, tales como Loan to Value (LTV), Debt to Income (DTI) y relación dividendo/renta. • Evaluar capacidad de pago, nivel de endeudamiento, comportamiento financiero y estabilidad laboral del cliente. • Incorporar mirada integral de comportamiento con productos del Banco. • Revisar y analizar tasaciones de propiedades, asegurando que los datos sean coherentes, estén completos y alineadas a la pauta de tasaciones del Banco. • Identificar inconsistencias, alertas financieras o riesgos asociados a la operación o bien raíz. • Revisar antecedentes legales básicos del inmueble y de la operación (tipo de propiedad, destino, gravámenes relevantes), alertando desviaciones. • Contribuir al cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLA) del proceso hipotecario, identificando causas de reprocesos y proponiendo mejoras de eficiencia.

Job Requirements

  • Título profesional de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Administración, Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en análisis de riesgo crediticio, evaluación de créditos hipotecarios o consumo.
  • Experiencia en instituciones financieras, bancos o mutuarias (deseable).
  • Experiencia analizando antecedentes financieros y documentación de clientes.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio.
