Qualifications - Practical understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain functions, including: - Demand Planning & Forecasting - Strategic Procurement - Transactional Procurement - Logistics - Materials Management including Inventory Management - Procure-to-Pay including Accounts Payable - Knowledge of leading practice Supply Chain practices, processes, technologies, and organizational structures - Experience in transforming Supply Chains including assessing, designing, implementing, and improving operating models - Experience in overseeing/delivering technology implementations and digital transformations including strategy and business case, requirements gathering, vendor selection, testing, training, and deployment - Strong project and resource management skills - Relevant experience in creating project deliverables - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to learn quickly Requirements - MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred - Supply Chain consulting experience (3+ years preferred) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook) Location Ideally, we would like candidates that are located and can work from one of our offices (Raleigh, Atlanta and Greater Boston Area) but will consider remote hires for the right talent.
