Production Management Analyst

• supports the Production team in meeting our regional or client goals • responsible for the ongoing analysis, tracking of KPIs, and interpretation of data • work closely with all Production team members across clients and regions • use data to determine strengths and opportunities for improvement in operations • develop and effectively communicate suggestions at client and regional levels • research, track, and monitor client or regional commitments, goals, and expectations • collect data from numerous sources, clean data, and analyze data to identify trends • provide team with actionable insights and analysis reports based on data to support decision-making efforts • monitor performance KPIs • respond promptly to inquiries

Job Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve complex problems - especially using data visualization
  • Adept with technology and advanced skills in tools for analysis, particularly PowerBI and MS Excel
  • Proven ability to execute against cross functional and operational initiatives or multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven project management expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluently speak, read, and write English
  • Understanding of key metrics and best practices for reporting / metric development
  • Proven ability to prioritize with a team and advocate for priorities with other teams
  • Demonstrates competency in technology applications related to business and clinical functions and in process improvement methodologies.

Facilitate the flow of information across functions—reducing ambiguity, documenting decisions, and ensuring that policy, product, and engineering stay in sync as the work evolves.
