Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information (DSI), l'équipe d'adoption IT accompagne au quotidien les collaborateurs dans l'appropriation des outils, projets et transformations numériques du Groupe. Notre mission : rendre l'IT plus proche, plus claire et plus engageante pour tous, à travers des contenus visuels percutants et des temps forts fédérateurs. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour renforcer notre équipe et contribuer, au cœur des projets de conduite du changement de la DSI, à la production visuelle et à la gestion de projets IT. - Production visuelle IT - Concevoir et réaliser des supports vidéo dans le cadre des campagnes de conduite du changement IT, à destination des collaborateurs (interviews métiers, capsules pédagogiques sur les outils, projets et processus de la DSI). - Créer des supports graphiques (flyers, infographies, bannières, affiches) pour les campagnes de conduite du changement, les lancements d'outils IT et les événements de la DSI. - Assurer la cohérence visuelle des productions avec la charte graphique du Groupe, adaptée aux codes et messages IT. - Gérer la médiathèque IT et assurer le suivi des versions des visuels liés aux projets et à l’adoption au sein de la DSI. - Gestion de projet & coordination - Prendre en charge un brief projet (production visuelle) de A à Z, dans une logique d'accompagnement du changement : analyse du besoin métier IT, proposition créative, production, livraison. - Suivre l'avancement des projets de communication IT, gérer les délais et alerter en cas de risque. - Contribuer à la structuration des processus créatifs de l'équipe adoption de la DSI. - Communication & événementiel IT - Participer à l'organisation d'événements internes portés par la DSI (webinaires, formations, ateliers, semaines thématiques IT) dans une démarche de conduite du changement. - Rédiger des contenus de communication favorisant l'adoption des outils et pratiques IT (emails, posts intranet, scripts vidéo). - Mettre à jour et animer la plateforme MY IT, vecteur central de la communication et de l'accompagnement au changement de la DSI. Qualifications - Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 dans l'un des domaines suivants : - Communication visuelle / Design graphique - Audiovisuel / Production vidéo - Communication digitale / Marketing - Management de projets créatifs Requirements - Maîtrise des outils de création graphique et vidéo (Canva, Genially, klaxoon ou équivalents). - Sensibilité à la gestion de projet (respect des délais, rigueur, organisation). - Bonne expression écrite en français. - À l'aise avec les outils collaboratifs (Teams, SharePoint, Office 365). Qualifications - 2-4 years of software engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience building and running production-ready configurations at internet scale. - Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed microservices, and self-healing systems with efficient resource and network utilization. - Experience executing containerized workloads using Kubernetes orchestration and Docker across public cloud hosting providers. - Proficient in structural and automated scripting using object-oriented languages, with strong experience in Python and Go preferred. - Solid understanding of the modern web serving stack and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Linux, Nginx/Apache, MySQL, PHP, Ansible, Terraform). - Hands-on familiarity implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting systems (such as Prometheus or EFK stacks) to maximize infrastructure visibility. - A forward-thinking learner with superb analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities who loves a team-first environment.
