• Ship high-quality, performant front-end features in React and TypeScript that meet UX standards from the earliest milestones; • Translate user needs into shipped experiences that solve the real problem (not just the spec), in tight partnership with Product and Design; • Grow a reusable component library and design system that speeds up delivery across the team; • Step into the backend when needed: read existing code and extend or add functionality so delivery isn't blocked at the front-end boundary; • Deliver interfaces that hold up to real-world performance, accessibility, and responsiveness expectations; • Help shape front-end architecture and engineering practices that scale beyond the first release; • Keep the codebase healthy and maintainable through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement; • Influence product and technical decisions through active participation in team discussions.

• Responsible for implementing the application's visual layer according to specified requirements and following the layout defined by the UX/UI team, integrating with the back-end layer. • Must write high-quality code that adheres to established standards, always aiming to deliver the best user experience; prioritize code and delivery quality within technical and quality standards, producing source code that follows the conventions of the technologies used.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom web applications using modern development frameworks and technologies. • Create, enhance, and support databases and web-based solutions that meet operational and business requirements. • Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript, and related technologies. • Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to automate workflows, improve business processes, and accelerate application delivery. • Integrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, performance concerns, and user-reported defects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions. • Participate in software testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities. • Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration records. • Support application security, data integrity, and software lifecycle management processes. • Provide end-user assistance and technical support for deployed applications. • Work independently and collaboratively within Agile and team-based development environments. • Other duties as assigned or required.
