MMIS Engineer

Optiv

• Monitor and action incoming incidents from ServiceNow • Process certificate lifecycle requests (issuance, renewal, revocation) • Perform routine PKI maintenance and system health checks • Participate in client meetings and manage routine client interactions independently • Escalate complex or high-risk issues appropriately • Maintain and update knowledgebase documentation • Contribute to process improvement and certificate automation initiatives • Support on-call rotation responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in PKI or certificate management environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments
  • Hands-on PKI experience including ADCS and CA administration
  • Intermediate PowerShell scripting and OpenSSL/certtool usage
  • Strong problem-solving skills in production environments
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CLM platforms (Venafi, CyberArk, Keyfactor, DigiCert) preferred
  • Exposure to Azure or AWS environments preferred
  • Relevant certifications (VSA, VTIS, or similar) preferred
