Atuará na automação, padronização, sustentação e evolução de ambientes de infraestrutura, aplicações e plataformas, contribuindo para maior eficiência operacional, confiabilidade, rastreabilidade e redução de atividades manuais. #GoVertigo 🚀 Responsibilities - Desenvolver, manter e evoluir automações para provisionamento, configuração, operação e sustentação de ambientes de TI; - Apoiar a implementação e manutenção de pipelines CI/CD, scripts, integrações e rotinas automatizadas; - Atuar com infraestrutura como código, automação de configuração e padronização de ambientes; - Apoiar a sustentação e evolução de ambientes Linux, containers, Kubernetes, cloud e plataformas híbridas; - Integrar ferramentas de monitoramento, observabilidade, ITSM, repositórios de código e plataformas operacionais; - Apoiar análise e resolução de incidentes, problemas e mudanças em ambientes automatizados; - Contribuir para melhoria de processos, redução de erros operacionais e aumento da confiabilidade das entregas; - Produzir documentação técnica, runbooks, procedimentos e boas práticas de automação. Qualifications - Linux, shell script e administração básica/intermediária de servidores. - Git, GitLab/GitHub, pipelines CI/CD e boas práticas de versionamento. - Automação com Python, Shell, PowerShell ou linguagens equivalentes. - Containers, Docker e fundamentos de Kubernetes. - Infraestrutura como código, com ferramentas como Terraform, Ansible ou similares. - Conceitos de cloud pública, ambientes híbridos e automação de infraestrutura. - Monitoramento, logs, métricas, dashboards e integração com ferramentas de observabilidade. - Noções de ITSM, gestão de mudanças, incidentes e documentação operacional. This vital role within Cloud Services requires knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and monitoring scalable and secure cloud networking architecture in the FedRAMP space. - Lead the design, continuous monitoring, implementation, and security operations of Azure cloud solutions, ensuring they meet industry best practices and comply with FedRAMP High, IL4 requirements. - Lead team in developing modular Infrastructure-as-Code utilizing Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, and YAML languages. - Lead projects of moderate complexity to completion. - Sustain a high level of reliability for key automated systems. - Leads teams to define, estimate, and implement requirements for new automations or services of moderate complexity needing development. - Stay up to date with the latest Azure and FedRAMP regulatory changes and industry trends, advising teams on potential impacts and necessary adjustments. - Update technical documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles. - Provide feedback in pull requests and peer coding reviews. - Solid knowledge in focused areas of OneStream Software. - Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems. - Assist in efforts to debug the problems which arise in production. - Ability to mentor others in several technical areas. - Understanding practical use of FedRAMP/SOC controls to assist Compliance and Security teams. Qualifications - BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or technology-related field (or equivalent work experience). - 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience. - 2+ years of compliance programs and security control sets such as NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP High, IL4, as applied to cloud SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments. - Expert knowledge of VNets/vWAN, subnets, UDRs, routing, peering. - ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Private Link/Endpoint. - Azure Firewall, NSG/ASG, WAF, Application Gateway, Web Application Firewalls. - Hands-on experience implementing network design and firewall configurations, as it pertains to connecting to government networks (BCAP) utilizing Azure Firewall and/or Palo Alto. - Hands-on experience implementing IPv6 routing and strict egress filtering strategies. - Ability to translate DISA STIGs and NIST controls into enforceable network guardrails and evidence artifacts. - Advanced understanding of Infrastructure-As-Code concepts and tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation templates, Bicep or ARM templates) on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Deep knowledge of Configuration Management/Orchestration utilities such as Ansible, PowerShell DSC, Chef, and Puppet. - Advanced understanding of cloud concepts including elasticity, security, and identity management. - Well versed familiarity with Agile Development methodologies utilizing Jira or Azure DevOps Boards. - Strong understanding of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) with container-based deployment skills or other platforms such as OpenShift, GKS, EKS. - Proficient knowledge in Software Development Lifecycles. - 8+ years of hands-on experience with the following technologies, tools, and concepts: - Automating processes using PowerShell, Bash, CLI, REST APIs, python, ARM Templates or other scripting languages. - Comfortable leveraging source control tools such as Git, BitBucket, or GitHub. - Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud (GCP). - Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of infrastructure services • Design and manage hybrid infrastructure using Terraform (AWS and Proxmox) • Automate network and server configuration with Ansible • Optimize cloud resources and implement cost-effective solutions • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Implement security best practices and compliance automation • Collaborate with development and operations teams

• Lead infrastructure deployment projects from kickoff through production, including rack-and-stack, cabling, provisioning, and documentation. • Coordinate project needs across Data Center Infrastructure, Procurement, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Infrastructure teams. • Create and maintain accurate BOMs, deployment documentation, rack elevations, and cable matrices. • Develop and support automation and scripting efforts to improve deployment consistency and efficiency. • Validate compatibility and readiness of compute, storage, and network hardware as well as supporting data center power infrastructure before deployment. • Participate in product enablement efforts by deploying and validating hardware for new offerings. • Ensure DCIM (NetBox/Nlyte) and tracking tools are consistently updated to reflect deployed infrastructure. • Support remote site work by building documentation and guidance for DC technicians and remote hands. • Travel occasionally to data centers for project execution, audits, or support. • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values. • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies. • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments. • Additional duties as assigned.
