Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Contract Role

SmithRx

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction, ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive impression of SmithRx. • Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams by prioritizing clear communication, timely follow-up, and meticulous attention to detail. • Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows. • Support the TA Ops’ team goals, using metrics & KPIs • Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency. • Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care in every interaction. • Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations and candidate experience. • Assist and work closely with the TA Ops team to manage both long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects. • Ensure all we do is compliant. Identify ways to make our processes more efficient and compliant.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field
  • minimum of 1 year or prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus)
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews and meetings, team coordination through Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.)
  • Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking skills.
