Accounts Receivable Accountant, Client Finance

• Coordinates all financial aspects or needs of a client including, but not limited to: Accounting / Finance • Learn and accurately execute core Client Finance processes • Independently manage core client finance workflows • Manages client level accounts receivable incoming and outgoing correspondence • Driver of financial processes and compliance across bespoke and unique client environment • Pivots, problem solves and prioritizes based on individual client needs • Oversees client aging and cash collections in partnership with client-facing teams • Prepares, reviews and approves invoices in tandem with client service • Participates in or leads financial review meetings • Partners with client teams to ensure productive and accurate client financial management • Maintains a clear and transparent company image to our clients • Prepares and reviews external and internal client reporting and analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field plus 1 year of experience or 2+ years experience, respectively
- Accounts Receivable experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Dynamics D365 project module preferred
- Strong knowledge, comfort and proficiency with Excel
- Able to follow direction and deliver as instructed with great attention to detail
- Able to make independent judgment calls using the core values of the team and company as guideposts
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Able and seek to understand the big picture
