By utilizing the Black Health Primer (BHP) – an accredited, Afrocentric online course – this study aims to provide faculty with the foundational knowledge necessary to unlearn and disrupt anti-Black racism in patient care. The study uses a developmental evaluation approach to tailor training for the family medicine context. We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to support the implementation and evaluation of this national project.
