Role Description We are a startup digital agency, and no two projects, clients, or even days look the same. In ecommerce we build on Shopify and Liquid and Next.js, with custom AWS microservices and apps that take Shopify well past the defaults. On the marketing side we build highly customised sites in Next.js and React, with careful design and animation and a real focus on how the page performs and feels. In automotive we build full platforms, from stock-car locators to configurators and more. Across all of it, we bring AI into the work through our own products. Here nothing will be fixed. You will work across changing projects and settings, on long builds that run for months and shorter spikes to figure out how a business can actually use AI, and you will help us rethink how agency work is done. • Ship features across our platform end to end, using AI as your primary accelerator • Build and maintain third-party integrations inside the platform • Develop and maintain Nuxt modules and internal npm packages • Shape system architecture with the team • Turn AI from a novelty into a daily engineering habit

• Lead frontend and fullstack implementation workstreams for carrier and enterprise partner integrations, owning the architecture and delivery of complex, partner-specific experiences from kickoff through production • Architect and implement scalable UI layers and API integrations, setting patterns for partner-facing surfaces that can be reused and extended across future implementations • Author high-quality RFCs with little guidance — identifying opportunities to turn one-off partner work into reusable, maintainable patterns that reduce build time for every implementation that follows • Partner with Implementation Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and TPMs to translate business requirements into well-scoped, actionable technical plans • Provide technical leadership in code reviews, delivering substantive architectural feedback that raises the quality bar across the team • Champion a consumer-first mindset — designing integrations that are intuitive for partner users and maintainable for the next engineer who touches the code • Champion engineering excellence through comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage for all partner deliverables • Foster a security-first mindset within the team, identifying non-compliant code and ensuring reviewed contributions meet security requirements • Define AI coding tool standards and best practices for the vertical, balancing productivity gains with quality guardrails and measuring effectiveness over time

• We are looking for technically strong and organised senior developers to join the Web Development team and the team responsible for systems related to Customer Experience and Customer Service. • The applications are a mixture of internal services and public-facing applications, based on a range of tech stacks and across cloud, datacentre, and modern edge/serverless environments.
