• Conduct strategic cold outreach through phone calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messages to source new business opportunities. • Rapidly follow up with, educate, and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team. • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's pain points, business goals, and budget, ensuring they match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for booking high-quality introductory meetings for our Sales team. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline activities within Salesforce/HubSpot. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively handle objections.

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (Finance, Technology, or call center background). Prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone and engaging business executives.
  • A thick skin and a positive attitude. You view "no" as just one step closer to a "yes."
  • A strong desire to learn, adapt quickly to feedback, and constantly improve your sales skills.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (Claude, Gemini, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a huge advantage.
