• Design, develop, and implement customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer • Build and manage XDM schemas, datasets, field groups, classes, and enable datasets for Real-Time Customer Profile • Configure and maintain data sources, datastreams, batch and streaming ingestion, ensuring data quality and ingestion health • Develop and optimize batch and streaming audiences, including suppression, exclusion, pause, and exit logic • Configure and manage audience activation and destinations, including Adobe Campaign Classic, cloud storage, and paid media platforms • Develop Data Distiller (SQL) queries for data enrichment, calculated attributes, and reporting datasets • Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer customer journeys • Implement identity resolution, merge policies, profile stitching, and resolve profile conflicts • Support Adobe Campaign Classic v8 integration, including audience synchronization, event tracking, and delivery log integration • Implement consent and governance controls for audience activation and customer engagement • Manage sandbox promotion, configuration migration, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, produce technical documentation, and provide knowledge transfer in an Agile delivery environment
