• Leading or supporting interactions with clients, primarily in presenting updates or deliverables and conducting research to confidently answer client questions. • Contribute to and help lead projects on GHG measurement, climate mitigation/adaptation, nature-positive strategies, and climate risk analysis. • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Maintain regular client communications and provide consistent technical support and oversee project budgets. • Assess GHG reductions, removals, and nature-positive outcomes in agriculture to guide decarbonization strategies. • Develop knowledge products and training on climate mitigation, adaptation, and nature-based approaches aligned with industry standards. • Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials. • Create decision-support tools for the measurement and monitoring of GHG emissions and ecosystem services in the land use and forestry sectors. • Working with small teams to prepare high-quality products, pitching in wherever necessary and providing guidance and leadership. • Managing technical consultants and providing technical guidance to them as necessary.

• Delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. • Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 100 to 8,000+ Fellows at a time, depending on the program. • Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the program. • Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules. • Be flexible in contributing to classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules vary. • Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement which may include tracking edits, suggestions, or changes to curriculum as needed.

• Educate participants on lab results received through a Future of Medicine event • Build strong rapport with participants in a virtual environment • Manage patient-facing work for each assigned participant • Perform the Informed Consent process with participants virtually • Collaborate, review, and provide feedback/input on the development of education materials

• Support preparation of materials for major Alliance meetings, workshops, and policy workgroup convenings, including research, notetaking, and database updates. • Assist with quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and policy tracking related to Alliance-wide initiatives and multistate commitments. • Support rapid-response efforts related to federal and state government announcements, including updating trackers, newsletters, and internal documents. • Assist sector leads with sector-specific policy projects, including identifying state policy examples, supporting working group design, conducting research, and contributing to draft communications materials. • Provide coordination and project support for additional policy and research activities as needed.
